By inviting ZenBot to your Discord server, interacting with its features, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

02 Description of Service

ZenBot provides moderation, utility, entertainment, and AI-powered interaction features for Discord communities. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

03 User Conduct

You agree strictly NOT to:

• Use the bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain or to harm others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the bot's source code.
• Use the AI generation features to create illegal, harmful, or explicitly prohibited content.

04 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available via subscription. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

05 Intellectual Property

ZenBot, its logos, code, and design are the exclusive property of the ZenBot team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bot within your Discord servers.

06 Limitation of Liability

ZenBot is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or server disruption.

07 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ZenBot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
